World Polio Day Proclamation!

We are excited to announce that both Mecklenburg County and the City of Charlotte will issue official proclamations recognizing World Polio Day this October!  These proclamations underscore our community’s commitment to eradicating polio and highlight Rotary’s continued role in this global fight.

Immediate Past President Edwin Peacock will proudly accept the City of Charlotte’s proclamation during the city meeting on Mon., Oct. 14th.
The following day, District Governor Kevin Kendrick will accept the proclamation on behalf of Rotary at the Mecklenburg County meeting on Tues., Oct. 15th.

We encourage all members to show their support by attending these important meetings. Let’s stand together as a club to celebrate the progress we’ve made and continue the push toward a polio-free world. Your presence will make a difference, and we look forward to seeing many of you there!
